new jeep owner...with ?'s

hey everyone. just picked up a new Overland last week for my wife. we're expecting our first son (tomorrow!) so we needed a larger SUV. anyways, love the jeep but I've noticed a problem with our radio. We have a 430n that I keep setting the preset stations on both the radio and satellite but after a day or so, all the presets are erased. i've noticed that sometimes I need to press the buttons on the screen twice to get it to do anything. any ideas?

Take it back in. That's not normal.

ok...i'm officially a ratard.

I didn't know the stations were programmed along with the seat settings. I programmed all the stations while my wife was sitting in the drivers seat (position 1). whenever i would drive, i'd hit position 2 and all the stations were back to default. i never programmed the stations on seat position 2!

I think you can turn that off...at least I would hope so...I don't find that useful at all.
