Wish it could just tilt the passenger side mirror in reverse instead of both

Those are both great suggestions.

Not all things are controlled by the Navigation:-)
We are looking into the Dbus tunneling so we can send messages over can bus to other units, but itīs kind of risky:-)

Nice to know! I was getting an "coin error" ( see attachment) because of that....

Renamed the file and everything is fine now!

Can't wait to get my front cam now...

Thank you!

Hey, any idea how long the link is valid for?? It states in the email for a limited time only tho no real time frame.

Plus any idea if we can get instructions on how to personalize the backdrop or startup screen?
Or would customtronix would be willing to add something along as a requests or enable a feature to do so?

Something like the Mimic (Multitouch external touchscreen control of you Android device.) could then be used to control an Android device.

This would take the Miracast/Chromecast one step further and allow for full Android access from the touch screen. The reach here is in adding a USB connection to the harness that is actually able to control the touchscreen.

Other than that, I can't wait for the NA re-release!
yeah we have been thinking about that.. customgadz is our friends so we could team up with them for a special release... but we havee to many things in the pipe..but we will see:-)

Re: new lockpick for the 8,4 uconnect, 99% software

Hi, Can someone please tell me how long it takes to get the email with your token file and info to the download links. I am just asking because it has been 2 days and I have gotten all the emails from Customtronix except my token info. My silver package will be here tomorrow so I am just wanted to make sure that I have not forgotten to do something on my end. I know that with all the sales and them having to write the software for my VIN and all that, they might be a little behind. From what I am seeing is that most peolpe that have ordered and paid have already gotten that info, so I was just wanting to make sure that I was not forgotten. Thanks again for all the support.

It was about 10 hours after I completed payment to get mine. Check your order status on the customtronix website. Also, check your spam folder ... links to mega can look pretty suspicious to spam filters.

Or, if you're not necessarily in a "hurry" and using an ipad mini and you discover this info after the fact - you'll get a reminder email that you're a goof. Guilty.

Ordered the silver and had a rough time of it, but I think they have things worked out now. It's hard to tell as they are not very customer service oriented but they do respond to your email questions, but not in the nicest way. Here's are few observations that may help others, hopefully, they will have a smoother process than I was/am having. FYI, I expect to have to do a little bit of extra work in return for getting an early adopter discount, but ...

Here we go:
I created a second account on the customtronix site to make it a forum account as suggested by imblackedout. Never received an email confirmation, not sure if it was supposed to be quick or take a business day to receive it. Emailed them back the next day and explained the situation.
It then took a while, but eventually they got my new account set up with the forum discount and then a little time to get the actual discount to show up on the website info page.

Asked them to confirm if the silver package included a camera as it didn't show this on their website, but according to imblackedout it did include the camera. Took a while to get that straightened out as well, but yes it does include a camera.

Ordered the silver package and selected the paypal option and the order page came up with a page stating "Thank you. Your order is validating.". Nothing else happened on the order page. Again, it took a while to get this figured out, but at some point I logged back in and then I got to another page that had my order info and a link to actually make a payment.

Be aware that shipping to the US is an additional 30 Euros, this is added in when you select the silver package.

Not to long after that, I received my download email with the license token and a link to 4 video's on youtube as well as a reminder not to ask them stupid questions.

Download the software and expanded the RAR file but there was no readme file or any instructions that came with it. The download has two ISO files as well so my first response was to email customtronix "again" with a question about which ISO file to use. I then received a rather abrupt response telling me to read the manual . Hmmm, RTFM, well, there is no link to a manual, and it's not in the download, maybe they meant, sit and watch all the youtube videos until you find the one with the install instructions. Personally, I have no desire to watch any more Magnus video's and not sure why a brief step-by-step install document is not available with a $300 purchase. Something similar to the jeep installation\upgrade instructions would be great.

imblackedout can you help get them to put an install doc together.

Hopefully, the process will get better; I know imblackedout is working with them to improve the communication with forum members and I'm hoping that everyone runs smoothly from here on in and that we have a solid product here.
Well thatīs the problem! You donīt WANT to WATCH the VIDEO
"Rax Jaibreaker USB installation Video", how hard can it be?
I can put a "read me" note where it says "watch the Installation video".
If we sent you documentation you wouldnīt have looked at it either.

So stop being a bitch when you are the one that screwed up! Im not saying that we are perfect in anyway and we will do mistakes.

You are one of those people that makes me want to do like a filter, people need to go through some one of the Beta testers or the other cool guys here at the forum to get classified "NOT retarded" to even be able to buy from us.
I hope you didnīt receive the package yet! If I can I will stop it and refund you.
