new owner! Am i running the current software

I was wondering if my 2011 grand cherokee is running the current software. I believe it is a 430n headunit here is a picture of the current information. I am having a problem with it being a little bit glitchy thanks!

The current application level on most 430N radios is v50.
I say most because some of the very early models won't let you update.

Since you are on v20, I think you might be able to update.
I recommend trying the v23 update first.
Then if that works, go to v33, then v50.

If you have the 430N (Navigation), then you might also consider updating the maps while you are on version 33 software. Do it before you update to v50.

The most current maps that I know of are 2014.40, but I had issues with that version so I'm still at 2014.30 and still happy.

For radio software updates, search the forums for Sox.
He has a web site where you can download the ISO images.

DO NOT attempt to use a USB drive to update the radio firmware, you chances for failure are high.

For map updates, look through one of the 430N update threads, there are clues in there.

What kind of issues did you have with 2014.40?

The map image I located was incomplete.
Almost hosed my Nav, but was able to revert back to 2014.30.

Pulled down better map image a few weeks ago, but haven't had time to give it go.
