We have two Samsung u370 phone purchased new less than 2 months ago which includes a music player. We have each phone set up to pair via uConnect. My phone contains some music files and initially I was able to play those through the bluetooth connection without issues. Just recently, however, every time I try to pair up my phone the connection comes up and then the phone resets, and I never see the phone on the aux connection. The DW's phone works fine and both phones connect to a different vehicle without problems.

Any thoughts?

Try removing your phone from the UConnect system, reboot the phone, then pair it again. Sometimes this will fix the connection problem.

After a hard update, removal of all addresses on the microSD card, and recovery of addresses using Backup Assistant, the phone pairing with uConnect now works and is stable.

Because I had another phone of the same model that worked, I suspect that it was something in my address book that was corrupted, and when the addresses were being uploaded to uConnect, that bad address information was causing the phone to reset.

I did send an e-mail to Samsung but (as expected) they just threw it back and said that the problem must be with uConnect. I never contacted Chrysler but my guess is that they would have tried to blame Samsung...

Just had a problem last night where we tried to accept an incoming call and it failed...the uConnect then went into a loop where it kept saying there was an incoming call (nonexistent) and then closing. Only way to stop was to shut the phone off but then the bluetooth connection was flaky.

Not pleased with the way this phone and uConnect play together.
