Play a song. NOT !!

I really like the feature that allows you to play an artist or a song simply by pressing a button and saying “play song Toms Diner” or “play artist Chicago”
But for the last few days when I say play song it comes back and says “cancelled” but if I say “play artist …. It will play that artist. Last week it would “say” that it was playing a song I requested but it didn’t.
This feature has worked perfectly since the first time I tried it.
Must be a software thing. Thank god for warranties.

Plus my check engine light came back on. Evap issue that was supposed to be fixed with a software patch. This one apparently can be a major pain. The system is reporting that I have a fuel vapor leak. Kind of like leaving your gas cap off.

Never ends.

Gravity, sorry to hear you are still having issues!
I am still trying to find a good dealer for my Jeep. I gave up on Tower Chrysler & am very disappointed with Courtesy Chrysler. I have heard good things about Big 4 (on Macleod Trail). What is your take on that dealership?

Chicago? That's the reason. You have a Canadian WK2. Once you're north of the border those WK2's are only allowed to play; Anne Murray, Bryan Adams, Rush, Three Days Grace, etc .

But seriously, have you updated just recently? I lost some functions when the dealer updated the "security patch" for the radio. I will check if the "play song" function has been lost. In the meantime, may I suggest a little Lightfoot - Edmund Fitzgerald.

Hey Hemi, yeah I’ve had my fair share of issues. I had an appointment for the check engine light (evap issue) but the light went off yesterday. They tried to tell me that I needed to change my transfer case oil and both diffs for $500 but the transfer case isn’t due until 95,000K.
I took it to Mr Lube on Macleod beside Ranchmans and had the diffs done and an oil change for $300
Overall I’m still fairly happy with them. I’ve only gone to Big 4 once and they seemed okay.

Are you sure they 'really' changed it? LOL! So far, I love my hemi jeep! I ripped out to the Island this Aug and had a blast through the Rockies! I had the hammer down all the way out there & the jeep was flawless! My next big purchase will be a Corsa cat-back exhaust. I'm slowly saving . . .
I am seriously looking at Big 4 as they have the best reviews of all the Jeep dealers. I bought mine in Cochrane, but too far to go for service! Hopefully, you don't have any more issues & can just enjoy your ride!

I had it in for the EVAP error code but they didn't put anything on the service report about updating my radio software. But talking to them this week he did say that it may require a patch to fix the issue.
