Poineer 4000nex

My friend and me tried installing the Pioneer 4000nex into a 2013 GC Laredo and we ran into a snag. Once the radio is fully installed everything works great but there isn't enough room for the display to open or to be removed. Has anyone else ran into this issue with a double din if so what did you do?

Greetings,

If you did not trim away some of the plastic material left from the dash, you should then do so. In my case with the Pioneer AppRadio 3 , a little on the top and little on the bottom allowed my display to open up to get to the CD.

Hope this helps.

Best for now.
