Quick Guidance Mute?

I've searched and haven't found an answer. Is there a quick way to mute guidance prompts while navigating? I'm aware of settings, then several other presses to get there. I have a 2015 8.4AN with 12-14 firmware.

Thanks, Jim

One way would be to turn the volume down when the voice guidance starts. This will not affect the other volume settings you have for the radio. I use this method when I know the way for most of my planned route. Just a thought.

if you miss it talking and are done then you tap the 'next turn' graphic up at the top left corner of the screen you can force it to talk then get to that volume knob before she stops talking.

Re: Quick Guidance Mute?

My ten year old Infiniti has a voice command "Voice Guide Off". I kept trying it on the Jeep when I first got it but there is no similar voice command. Also turning the volume down when she is talking does work kinda, but not really if you are listening to music because it mutes the music every time she says a direction whether the volume is down or not.
