RA4 Last Source Memory

I'm trying to figure out if this is a bug on my ride, or if it's common to other RA4s... If I'm listening to a bluetooth source (for example), and I switch back to the Radio icon, the radio selects FM, even if I was listening to XM previously. The reverse is also true: If I was listening to XM, and I press the Media button, the radio selects USB. Is anyone else experiencing this behavior?

mine always goes to sat where i always listen so I'm not seeing the FM thing.

2 guesses:

It MIGHT be related to your keyfob saved settings? Maybe the keyfob was programmed with the FM on and so now whenever you use that FOB in the car it goes to FM. (but in theory i guess it would always go to FM when you start the car with that FOB...)

The USB side- i believe if you have a USB media device connected then the system assume you want the USB. usually on android phones you can pick a setting so the USB is for "charge only" and then it will stick with bluetooth since the USB is not reporting in as a media device. I Think this came up once before and there's a similar setting with iphones.

Interesting, I always keep a flash drive plugged in the USB port (quicker to put music on there rather than syncing the iPhone). I'll try unplugging that and see if it'll skip right to bluetooth.

Re: RA4 Last Source Memory

Mine does the same. IF im listening to XM then switch to USB, then back to "radio" it goes back to XM. unless I turn the jeep off.

so XM- USB- car off.. Car ON starts on USB, but if I select "radio" is on some random FM channel.
