Re: Removing NAV Restriction

Does anyone have the wiring diagram for the 730N? I bypassed the nanny lock on the nav system on my 2010 Outback by grounding the ebrake signal. I'd be willing to experiment some on the unit as soon as my dealer preps my ride for delivery.

That's not how it works in this vehicle. The speed data are passed over the same network (the CAN bus) that the car uses for all other messaging. Lockpick uses a clever computer circuit that filters out the speed messages.

Just the sped within the Nav unit shows 0 right? But the spedo still works normal?
