Replaced my 2014 Overland Dash Speaker

Mine didn't come with bass blockers. And I had the bass setting turned 4 notches up. That's probably why my infinity went bad. Returning them and found a single Polk. If I don't like the Polk I'll put it in my sisters overland. Recorded a video comparing the bad speaker, to a good one, and to stock.

No you don't need bass blockers I run my bass at +9 and nothing is wrong for over a month.

I may have misread your model number I have the 3022cfx not the 3002cfx (last years model)

The 2016 infinity 3022cfx is 1 million percent better than the Polk don't waste your time.

I'm interested in the infinity 3022 speaker and adapter. If you have an extra, please let me know.

I have an extra Infinity 3002 and harness, if anyone is interested. Is $40 (including priority shipping) fair?

Is that better then the popular Polk dash speaker that everyone's using?? What were your other speaker installs?

Don't mean to knock your sale but I bought the Infinity REF-3002cfx and it was clear but went bad after 3 days and had a lot of static. I made a video comparing them. Should be a few posts up. I switched to the Polk n haven't had a problem

Just because you had one speaker go bad that would be under warranty you gave up on it? This is very typical with car audio stuff. The problem with the Polk is it sounds noticeably worst than the infinity with our factory amp. I know because I ran them both for a long time. I would take 10 blown infinity centers needing replacement vs settling on the Polk.

Oh yea I'm talking about the 2016 model I didn't remember that!

You said that a few posts ago buddy, with the infinity 3002, that I had, that we are talking about, music wasn't bad with every song, but once it blew I couldn't even have a decent phone call. So I just returned the set to get a full refund instead of worrying about the second doing the same. And i found someone selling a single Polk. That's why I stayed with the Polk.

Re: Replaced my 2014 Overland Dash Speaker

Plus you also a higher model that costs almost double the one I had did. So I would assume it's better.

Re: Replaced my 2014 Overland Dash Speaker

How does the Polk sound with the rest of the indignity setup? Tweeters, fronts and rear doors and no amp, just a simple upgrade?
