The Fountek 88's and 89's are regarded as some of the best midrange/tweeter speakers you can install. Very well known over at DIYMA.com - Car Audio Forum & 12 volt Community Board
You can't get any better for the money. Period. Zaph|Audio
as several reviews to include the Founteks.
To get the Founteks to work, all I did was remove the paper cone on the factory speaker. Ripped out the coil, pounded the magnet out and cut the basket. You will need to cut the basket frame off only leaving the top plate. Super easy!!! Took me like 10 minutes
As for the Bostons, the SE's are known as top performers. The SE35's have a very high sensitivity rating. They have exceptional detail without being over barring. For most people, they work great for good swap speakers.
