Reputable Audio Shop in North New Jersey?

Anyone know a shop that does good work and actually knows a thing or two about our jeeps system?

I see too many installers say yea yea yea but then start splicing , cutting , botching, and half assing peoples audio systems.

I have a 2012 with just the basic audio and bluetooth if that helps. Thanks !

Re: Reputable Audio Shop in North New Jersey?

If you go on www.diymobileaudio.com, I'm pretty sure there's actually a section of the forum where you can get recommendations for region-specific installers and shops. Those guys really know their stuff so that would definitely be a good place to start.

What are you looking to get done?

Also I use Par Troy sound in newton. I deal with mark and excellent pricing. Just bought an amp saved my self $100 off the msrp.

Re: Reputable Audio Shop in North New Jersey?

I was looking to just have a new double din head unit installed. I opted for the regular sound system when i bought my jeep to buy an aftermarket dvd/navi/cd head unit .

I was hoping to get a clean install and able to still use my steering wheel functions as well as my XM subscription.

To my knowledge there would be no way to use the factory satellite tuner with the aftermarket head unit. You would have to get a satellite tuner made for your head unit. As far as steering wheel controls you'll need a PAC adaptor.
