Curious, Did you do it via the Web or got them to finally understand you and your requests on the 2nd phone call?
On a similar note, I purchased a lifetime subscription to the "FULL Everything" Programming on XMSirius for my iTouch Sat Base. It clearly states a lifetime can be transferred 2 times.
I called (4 different times) and have been told that XMSirius is different subscriptions that SiriusXM... even though they are 1 Company now.
I have to purchase a NEW Lifetime on SiriusXM if wanted for Jeep.
I can not transfer my existing lifetime. I emailed & called, and pushed my requests up 2 Mgr levels and received same answer.
You would think if one company, there would be a way to transfer your accounts.
Anyone else experience this... or have a way around it??
