Running Wires - vPrepping for Build - Suggestions Needed

I am planning my audio setup and i'm starting with a sub and a minidsp in prep for the speaker runs and purchase. I am keeping the stock deck and integrating and i want to lay my wires in one shot if i can. I havent ripped a single panel apart yet and dont want to until i have to.

I want to do a stealthbox for a sundown SD3 12", im thinking this should be a good enough bass foundation but temporarily i would build a box.

Any good nooks and crannies to stick amps? I have 2 arc amps right now that i want to maybe sell and get their 6 channel class D + another amp for the sub. Is there really any room under the rear seat when they fold down?

Where have you guys been routing power and signal wires?

help is appreciated!

Under the rear seat isn't as much space as it looks. I have a JL HD amp under my drivers seat actually but that's a fairly small amp. The real good "cubby" would be the spare tire well!
