Re: Sirius Travel Link 430N

I've had trouble getting Sports Scores. I have tried it several times and it only worked once. Anyone else have problems with this? All of the other functions work fine.

I get the scores just fine from the menu ... But I have seen some people say they get a ticker or something with their favorite teams scores.. That I can't seem to find or get to work.. Anyone know how to do this? Or is it even a real feature?

You have to add your team to your favorites and it will notify you depending on what you want

Re: Sirius Travel Link 430N

Does anyone know if Travel link includes Traffic info? I know that Travel Link is NOT the same as Sirius traffic, but I thought Travel Link was supposed to have some sort of Traffic Info, but no luck--driving yesterday with GPS guidance IN TRAFFIC, and the 430N in no way shape or form with Travel Link gave me any traffic info or updates? Did I miss something guys? Thanks!

Nope, you didn't miss anything. There is not traffic on the 430N.

Re: Sirius Travel Link 430N

I was told by Customer Service that the one year subscription extention will not show up until the original subscription expires. I don't believe it. They seem to tell everyone a different story. what do you think?

Jonesark, I recall getting an error when I used the wrong case for "poi" in the filename when loading custom POIs. As a fellow mac guy I'm not accustomed to worrying about that sort of thing normally, but the process requires you to follow the capitalization exactly as outlined in the instructions. Is it possible that this is the issue you're encountering with the patch?

I received a duplicate update disk last week. PM me with your coords if you'd like me to send it to you but I gotta believe you'll be able to get the disk image approach to work. Let me know.

Bring up disk utility. Select file->open image. Select the iso file that you downloaded here. It will mount the image and you will see it in the disk utility app. Click on the drive (the parent, not the child - there are two choices on the right side hierarchy). Click the burn icon across the top.
