Question Sub Enclosure Feedback

Anyone have any experience with small enclosures like this?
Sub Boxes Square Single 12" Subwoofer Unloaded Enclosure Box - 112SQ

I have a 12" L7 Kicker now in the OEM ported box and the thing is 16"+ tall which won't sit flush in the truck with the rear privacy cover. Looking for a smaller box that will fit nicely and can have the covered rolled over it.

Considering a custom box as well, but i cant think of any ideas to make it worth the effort. Looking for feedback.

Re: Sub Enclosure Feedback

Make one that is shorter, or even better, make one out of fiberglass that uses the stock location and sticks out a little bit more. That would be the best bet to run a premium 12" in my book.

Re: Sub Enclosure Feedback

I bit the bullet and had it arrive yesterday. The new box seems to tiny but i'll report back. Its the 12x12 (13.25" all around i think?) It just about meets the minimum cubic space needed
