Travel link

Hello
My JGC '14 was put in service 12/30/13. Is UConnect/Travel link included for 5 years? Travel Link stopped working 1/2/15. What do I need to do to reinstate UConnect/Travel Link.

Thanks
E

Re: Travel link

I read here on the forum that late my 2014's had the service for 5 years. Is that correct?

Travel Link is Sirius XM Travel Link, and you should have it for 5 years...

May 2013 seemed to qualify...
Sirius help could answer a specific question.

Travel link is an ADDED subscription to Sirius Sat radio. Does anyone know for sure that this is a 5 yr benefit , that is do you have first hand knowledge?
I really liked using Travel link.

Thank you

My free service expired after one year. You can purchase it stand alone:

Re: Travel link

I purchased my 2014 Overland 9/2013. I did resubscribed to siriusxm radio for $88 for the year. I have just recently noticed that my SiriusXM TravelLink and Traffic are also now subscribed and now working when they were not a few months ago. So I assume that this deal is now automatically applying to all 2014's? Has anyone else had this happen?

I noticed the same thing, my subscription expired back in August and I did not continue it. Then in November I decided to get the six month radio only package for $56 and the Travel Link and Traffic service did not reactivate with the radio package. A few weeks ago I noticed a traffic jam alert appear on the screen and now the Travel Link and Traffic service works.
