I did that, but don't find a setup option for turning off confirmation, so I'm looking for a little more guidance.

Turning Confirmation Prompts ON/OFF
Turning confirmation prompts off will stop the system
from confirming your choices (e.g., the Uconnect™
Phone will not repeat a phone number before you dial it).

Press the button to begin.

After the Ready prompt and the following beep, say

Setup Confirmations. The Uconnect™ Phone will
play the current confirmation prompt status and you
will be given the choice to change it.

Re: Turning Off Confirmation Prompts Doesn't Work

Well, I have confirmed that either I'm a moron (likely) or my unit does not allow turning off the voice confirmations, or both. I have tried every which way to get to that option, and it's just not there. I can get into setup, but there is no confirmation option. So I guess I'm stuck with her.

I wonder if this was an option that was removed from the software? My GC is only about a month old, so it's possible.

Okay, it's confirmed. I AM a moron. Just figured out what I was doing wrong and found the confirmation prompts toggle option. Turned them off, so we will see over the next couple days how it is different. Thanks for your patience, folks!

Re: Turning Off Confirmation Prompts Doesn't Work

It's not all that much different, but glad you figured it out.
