Uconnect 13.19.0 ISO reconstruct wallpaper image?

Hi all
I want to change the background image on the 8.4AN head unit. Using isobuster I can not find the background image in 13.19.0. Anyone know where this lives?
TIA

Re: Uconnect 13.19.0 ISO reconstruct wallpaper image?

At this time you can't change the bg picture. While there are multiple images in the software, uConnect predetermines your image based on your vehicle. This has been discussed after each update when folks think because the images are there they can be used. I was one of those folks and posed the question myself.

Re: Uconnect 13.19.0 ISO reconstruct wallpaper image?

I understand there is no user selectable menu in the installed updated via the GUI. Was looking into the image file itself and yes I see many images in the ISO. I was looking to change the image in the ISO then install the update. If it's in the image then it can be changed, saved and installed.

Re: Uconnect 13.19.0 ISO reconstruct wallpaper image?

Seems if you could find it in the ISO it might be enough to rename the one you want to use. That is if you wanted to use one of the several that are imbedded. Of course the hard part is finding it and hoping the software will still load. A new image might have to be a specific file size and the correct type. If it can be build it can be altered. I don't have the skills to do it but I don't doubt there are many out there that could.

Re: Uconnect 13.19.0 ISO reconstruct wallpaper image?

If the software requires a checksum, then even renaming the file and manipulating the files size would probably not work.
