The actual Corporate direction to a dealer as of today is, if it has the phone service error, do not replace radio. It doesn't say specifically that if there is a bunch of other problems look into it further. It also does not give a frequency of that error message.

If you get this message A LOT I would expect that the Cell Card is also not working intemittently. If you actualy loose the ability to connect even in a good service area, I would push for them to look further. The documentation suggests that this error does not affect cell conectivity so if it is that would be a slightly different problem.

The issue I have is that error can be thrown for a number of reasons and as of right now they are not classifying those problems separately.... I am really hoping that there will be an update to this issue in the next few days.

Somebody mentioned a while back that their 'turn in cluster' was showing the distance in metric form. Mine did that on my first trip this morning. I used the nav for the trip home, just to see what happened. It was back to fractional miles and feet.

Somebody must have been up to something during the night. Now I'll have to see if the feature still needs to be turned back on very few days.

That is helpful info. The only think I see useful in apps right now is yelp. I hope Yelp can be improved so a yelp search can be extended a distance.
For instance, I was looking for Boat owners Warehouse in Ft Lauderdale and it was actually in Davie, Florida spitting distance from Ft Lauderdale but still North of the Ft Lauderdale Airport

Screen Went Totally Dead - 2500 miles

History - Downloaded/installed 13.19.0 one month ago and zero issues before or since then. Was starting to think i was a lucky one...

3 days ago screen dead, nothing; Climate still working off hard buttons. Dealer did radio module reset x2 - won't reset. Did Battery disconnect/power down and screen returned okay (with all presets etc.)

Dealer performed Chrysler Recall - Radio Enhancements (RRT) 13.056 All seems okay; is this Recall a part of 13/19.0 software???

Note this is a Canadian unit - therefore no U-Connect features; i.e. still does not remember Heated Seat vent on hi on next start...

Well ... that's what my dealer told me today. They did initially replace the radio but put in radio that has Feb build. Maybe it was refurbished radio or something or maybe they just pulled from another vehicle. Not sure how they got it? That didn't fix "vehicle phone requires service" issue.

Went back today with all the information that I've got (star case, radio serial number etc.) They told me that they don't see any codes, issues with the radio. Than after nagging them they apparently called UConnect/Star hotline (whatever) and they have been told not to replace the radio and that the software fix for this will be ready in 2-3 weeks.

Not really sure what to think about this... I guess I don't have a choice but wait for that fix and see if that actually fixes the issue.

Quite frustrated with the whole experience. No issues with the Jeep and absolutely love it but tired of all this BS.

Went to the dealer today to get the latest update done they had. 13.19.0 is what is now loaded, before I had 13.05.3

When I contact uconnect to find out what the latest version was they had available I was told "enhancement - code 13-056" and it was released on 8/02 not sure how this correlates to the version that is displayed for "software version"

They quoted you a service bulletin
Edit: You are now running the current released version.

Any one have any issues today? Just curious if they pushed an update, I had the GPS go haywire (showed me miles off ) AND had just got the phone service MSG.
