Are these issues related to this version of uconnect? Is 13.28.2 the most recent version? Any info on any of the above would be greatly appreciated.
Hmmm...Most of us who have 13.19 were hoping that the disappearing checkmark issue would be corrected in the later versions...guess not.

I have seen a few of these the last week or so... Not sure on the causes but I am working directly with some members to see what the reason is.

I did verify with those users that the vehicle was running for an extended period of time.

Most cars with the HVAC system set on auto have trouble cooling when set for an inside cabin air temperature close to the outside one. The indoor environment will always be warmer due to the closed environment and the "greenhouse" effect by which it traps the sun's heat , whereas at 75 deg. outside, you might be comfortable or even use a jacket. There's other considerations - in the car, air is moving from one direction only and you have your back shielded by the seat, limiting the exposure that your body gets to cooling whereas outdoors, you are exposed 360 degrees to the same temperature, but you body will perceive it differently.

no there is an issue. I have had this happen with the temp 82, 75, 68 outside.. you can turn on auto and it wont cool until you crank the temp waaaaay down. Even then it will NOT come out the face vents on auto. Something is wrong.

I am not sure if this may be related to the outdoor temperature sensor being laggy.

When it is cooler outside in the morning, and then it warms up, do you find the outside temperature is showing much lower that it actually is? The system doesn't think it needs the air conditioning compressor to kick in if it is cold outside if you get my thinking.

Re: UConnect 13.19.0 - Unofficial

I just got my Jeep back from the dealer today after being told I had a defective radio. I also was having an issue where I did not have numbers on the computerized analog guage for the speedometer. I would have the dial and gauge but no numbers on it. After getting a new radio installed today, I have the UConnect version of 13.31.6 I like the new version and it seems faster and more responsive. On the control settings tab there is now a button to turn on and off the auto dimming mirrors and a few other changes. However, I still had the problem with no digits on my speedometer tonight. Not sure if I have another issue going on not related to the "head" unit because it was replaced today. 13.31.6 also has the uconnect app button at the bottom of the screen and the 3g is now a different color of blue.

Give it about 24 hours to see if things sort themselves out. The new software has to communicate with the other modules and sometimes that takes a bit of time. If it's still doing that after a day or two, back to the dealer, but, at least, you have the latest software revision.

It is good that the radio was replaced, but the radio has never been linked to the speedo drop out. The most common cause of this has been a CAN Bus connector on the right side of the console stack.

Re: UConnect 13.19.0 - Unofficial

Just what is the deal w/ UConnect updates? I have 13.19 installed, the UConnect updates site indicates there are no new updates for my 2014 JGC Limited, w/ 8.4AN...are there, or aren't there applicable updates for my truck?

Someone hasn't been reading this thread... UConnect can't handle the capacity and won't be able to provide updates until they fix their problems. You have the latest available update. Willix is working to get the latest update to VIP members but the update is not readily available yet.
