Well, they are claiming carrier problem as the issue with the multiple days of phone needs service. Don't think I agree with that but we shall see. As for the headlight sensor they are ordering an AC Climate control module and headlight sensor. Not sure how one relates to the other but hey, that's what Chrysler told them to do

In the past 2 days I started getting phone needs service for the first time ever. It basically shows up within 30 seconds of startup now... So are you saying you've been told their is something going on with the carrier causing this, e.g a service outage going on at the moment?

That's what they put on the service sheet. It did it for 6 days in a row. Then fine the last two. I drive the same route every day so unless the carrier was having issues in my general area I don't agree with this diagnosis

As discussed, most probably caused by an OTA update that keeps retrying until done. In any case, within the next few days we should be seeing a UConnect Update that should resolve this. 13.39.51 is now available for most all regions except for North America. We should be seeing this for us any day.

Can you provide release notes or a list what enhancements/improvements exist in this build vs. 13.19 (I realize that might be a hard answer since we know there have been a lot of other versions in between)? Or is it listed in the premium section... I should sign up for that.

Yes you should

I should have a change log but there is very little listed other than the general improvements in Nav and radio responsiveness.

Once I get a North American version confirmed we will likely know more... I will post the instructions here shortly so you guys can at least see what is coming.

Took videos today with my vehicle sitting in the dealers lot in front of a row of 2014's showing the 911 phone needs service warning from a dead startup. Now if the service manager still says it is a loss of signal he should have a lot of them sitting here in the lot do the same thing. Going on 10 out of 14 days now getting the message. Thinking I will be calling Chrysler myself now
