Well ran the update again last night. When I first did the update it cleared my Sirius XM presets and favorites. When I reinstalled the update all my previous presets and favorites were back. I thought this was weird. Since there was no volume coming out of the speakers I disconnected the audio amplifier fuse to see if it was blown. Everything looked fine. Put it back in and everything is back to normal and the speakers are working fine. Must of just had a weird connection? Thanks for your help! Feel relieved now that everything is working how it should again!

Same thing happened to my heated seat today. I set it to low during start-up screen and after driving it a few minutes I noticed it was hot and had set it to HI.

LOL. Well in the Kansas City area. I had to leave the Jeep outside due to the garage being used temporarily for new furniture that was delivered. It was in the 60s last night so the leather was pretty cool this morning. I only needed it to heat up the leather for a few minutes and then I turned it off. Pretty soon we'll probably have climate controlled seats where you just pick the temperature you want the leather to be. Hahaha.

I, too, updated yesterday. All went well and I do notice the change in nav connect speed, etc. I'm checking my surround sound feature to be sure it stays "checked."

Shout outs and thanks to bill_d and willx! Y'all are on it for sure.

I have had this problem develop twice in the four months I have had my JGC14. Dealer had to reset this. Said the seat module "forgot" and had to be reset. Has been a while since last incident ... I will be asking for more than just reset if it happens again.

Did you try "factory reset" in engineering mode? If not, try it...
1. Find a spot with clear sky (not covered by roof to get good GPS signal) and good Uconnect signal...
2. check off easy exit option.
3. entering engineering mode. (press and hold driver's side temp up&down for 5 sec)
4. check factory reset.
5. click to check confirm reset.
6. wait 30 sec.. it will reboot... trying to engaging GPS signal and UConnect signal.. sometime you may see "phone(?) error, contact dealer".. If you see this, wait for a while or ignite engine again several time..
7. check on easy exit option and check... good luck

Re: UConnect 13.19.0 - Unofficial

Hello,
Mine came from the factor with the 13.19. But when I select the auto-on for the heated/vented seats teh check mark disappears after a moment. Also, my iPhone 5 connected fine, and I have zero texts on it. When I got one, it did not show on the system. Thoughts anyone?

Go to the Bluetooth settings on your iPhone. In the paired devices screen, click the blue arrow on the right where it says uconnect. Make sure "show notifications" is turned on.
