A more common mistake than you think. See it in Crestron and AMX all the time with delayed verification.

3. entering engineering mode. (press and hold driver's side temp up&down for 5 sec)
4. check factory reset.
5. click to check confirm reset.

Tried this. Did nothing as far as getting the seat working. Navigation showed that I was in Texas ( I'm in Utah ) reset again with no change then turned the car off for a while and when I turned it back on the Navigation was correct again.

I hope I didn't mess anything else up by doing this as the only problem I have had is with the easy entry/exit seats. Wondering if I should have left well enough alone.

Thanks for the help though.

I just got off the phone with a very helpful chrysler case manager who said that Pandora wont work as of yet and might not ever work as an app on Uconnect. Its an issue on Pandoras end. There may be some ability just to stream from your phone through bluetooth although without control through the uconnect system.

On another note, others and I have tried the engineering menu reset which so far has worked for me. The rep at uconnect said that what we did was put it in dealer mode and thats possibly why some of the apps showed up initially (maybe some false advertising for when someone sits in the car on the lot.)

anything to add?

Re: UConnect 13.19.0 - Unofficial

Thank you...when I updated to 13.19.0...it showed up briefly..but is gone. I pay for Pandora ONE and LOVE IT. IT streams fine from my phone...but the display on the jeep shows the song playing with google play...which suxxorz. At least I can advance the song on my phone with the steering wheel when connected via bluetooth...just was looking for that FULL integration!!!

Thanks man!!! This forum ROCKS.

Last Date I had been told on this was Later in July. However there has been no more information shared on the subject for some time so I am not sure about this.

Re: UConnect 13.19.0 - Unofficial

Thank you! My new Summit needed that update and the Uconnect website doesn't even consider my vin to be valid. The update worked like a charm... The uconnect folks don't seem to be up to speed on anything technical...unfortunately. Of course no one at Uconnect or Jeep can figure out why my vin is not valid...but I leave that for another day.

So my note 2 on Verizon shows its paired with uconnect but the car claims it's not connected. Yet in the list on the car it shows my device and when clicking connect on the uconnect it flashed connected but it is a liar. So i have to delete my device and repair every few days. Lame.

Sorry to burst your bubble fumble but this is the "official" Bulletin for 13.19.0. It is currently the most up to date and stable software.... The more diagnosis I have done on this revision, the happier I have been with it. Other than hardware and other "module" issues this update has been very good performance wise stictly from the UConnect radio control side. I spent nearly 6 hours using it this weekend, and am very pleased. Actually was in a meeting with some General Motors guys this morning and they were talking about the advantages the new UConnect systems have on their Cadillacs!

Good news is you got the info at JeepGarage first. The Bulletin was issued last week to dealers and you guys were already running it by then. Welcome to JeepGarage!!

Anyway, I do know there are people still out there having some issues. Some of the cell phone stuff will be enhanced in the near future (don't ask me for a date I don't have one) and I "believe" most of the other issues are related to some firmare flashes that will come for some modules/components in the vehicles.

I had a chat session with Pandora CS and asked them why they did not have setup instructions for Pandora when they had Ford, GM, BMW, Mercedies and got the BS answer "our engineers are working to bring P to customers as quickly as possible"

I rated his answer a 1 star thumbs down and mentioned how could they miss the #3 automaker in the US. The UCONNECT site says "Pandora" comming soon .

Thanks Willy,

No bubble burst.
My post was to prove the value of the garage that inasmuch as the garage got the info before the red tape of the service bulletin got out just a week ago. They still don't know about the double load trick and I will bet there will be plenty of GC's sold as is to unsuspecting buyers.
The purpose of my post was to alert about date of implementation at the factory. 6/15/13 was in the Service bulletin as the cut off date as before and after and 6/25 the date of the B it's self. So my post was ment as a Kudo's to you

What did you expect, details of what is holding it up? If they had a date it would have been posted, rather than say coming soon.

I think the engineer working on it was on the brink of solving it, when he had to stop and answer the phone. Now he has to go back and start over.
