Try re-saving your memory positions. Sounds like the module controlling memory seat is messed up. I did have a 13.19.0 with memory seat and exit working properly.

Re: UConnect 13.19.0 - Unofficial

I had set my seats and everything with my fob when I first got the vehicle. And my wife with the other fob.

Everything has been automatic with both, even on 13.05. If I moved the seat manually, next time I got in and started it moved it back automagically. I had the easy assist turned on for a bit with 13.05 but turned it off because it let my daughter kick the seat too much (But it worked flawlessly).

I have not "resynced" the fobs since the 13.19 update. I can try that, and I can try to reapply the update as well.

My seat on memory is haywire. My wife is shorter than I and set to Position one. I am taller and set to position two. While In position one when I go to recall position two and if I'm sitting in the
seat, it will go all the way forward first then back to my preset position. Does it every time smashing my knees into the dashboard. Does it wether I am in the seat or not. (Moving forward first) Not a very good design. Running

X2, mine has always done this on all three software versions. Poor design!!!
Easy entry/exit has always worked so far.

Mine does not. If I sit in the seat after my wife opens the car with her key fob and hit my setting button the seat moves straight back to my position; no forward movement. That would be annoying.

I have Easy Entry/Exit Seat set to on but it works the same if I have it off. It has worked on 13.10.0, 13.15.4 and 13.19.0.

If you would not mind resync and test first before reload of the software. Just want to separate out causes. Issue with reloading the software will be that you will go through the funny business for a day or so afterwards.

I test my phone and that works fine. The only way for the MEDIA section to begin working again is to do a reset of the entire Nav, by pressing in both the MUTE and TUNE buttons until system reboots. After the reboot, it always works afterwards.

Any ideas? Does this sound to be hardware or software related?
I have the exact same issue, shows up every couple days. Reboot of the radio typically fixes it.

Re: UConnect 13.19.0 - Unofficial

Ok - tested some at lunch.

I reset my seat and set profile 1, getting the EVIC confirmation of save. Then I started the Jeep and turned it off after everything booted. The seat moved back, I got out, locked it, then got back in unlocking via the handle. When I started the Jeep, the seat stayed all the way back, steering wheel all the way up - nothing moved. So I hit button 1 (still in Park) to get my positions back, no go. Ugh.

Reset the seat position again, saved it again with EVIC confirmation. Then I moved the seat manually and hit button 1 to ensure they saved and the seat moved to the correct place. So I got out/in, same routine again - seat stayed all the way back and button 1 wouldn't move my seat back to the 'remembered' position.

Last time I got out I turned the easy assist off and saved the profile again. We'll see what happens when I get out there in a bit to head home. Makes me wonder if my wife's keyfob would do anything at this point - I'll have to check at home.

Re: UConnect 13.19.0 - Unofficial

Thanks for the thorough check... possibly a reload may be in order. The A/C issues now have me questioning that they are doing more over the air but I don't see how this is a good idea or even possible?

UConnect 13.19.0 & iPhone Uconnect app

I went to my dealer yesterday to have the stinkin' side steps removed and they had received the latest UConnect update, so I had them install it.

This morning I received notice about a iPhone app for UConnect unlock, etc.

So I loaded it and decided to try the "sound the horn" from the iPhone app. Unfortunately, it worked just fine, EXCEPT I didn't know how to shut the damn horn off! It is blaring away and I am pushing buttons and rushing out to the Jeep - Unlock the doors - BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP... Start the engine - BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP...Turn the engine off - BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP...decide to push the only key fob button left ..PANIC.
Whew!! Hard (loud?) lesson learned.

I went back and looked on UConnect Help - and it had nothing on ending the horn. Should there be an UnPanic button?
