So I hit button 1 (still in Park) to get my positions back, no go. Ugh.

Reset the seat position again, saved it again with EVIC confirmation. Then I moved the seat manually and hit button 1 to ensure they saved and the seat moved to the correct place. So I got out/in, same routine again - seat stayed all the way back and button 1 wouldn't move my seat back to the 'remembered' position.

Last time I got out I turned the easy assist off and saved the profile again. We'll see what happens when I get out there in a bit to head home. Makes me wonder if my wife's keyfob would do anything at this point - I'll have to check at home.
I had to set my FOB settings many, many times before they worked correctly. I tried it a dozen different ways to get it to work. I am not sure which way was correct. Even now, it sometimes does not change the positions (seat, mirror, radio...) which makes me think mine is detecting both FOBs or just isn't running the code properly.

Most of the time it is just me in the Jeep so I wouldn't even know if it was needing to change the settings or not.

Re: UConnect 13.19.0 - Unofficial

i dont have the easy exit set turned on, and did not need to reset the seats. they worked fine.

side note question though: if i need to change the seat and re-set it on the door, do i need to then re-set the FOB? or is that just set to position 1 or 2...

That might explain why my dealer told me that map updates would be automatic and transparent.

On my Overland with 13.10, the FOB does not need to be reset just because you change the profile on the seat. It recalls the profile, whatever it is.

After them having me do a factory reset and two restarts they want me to bring it to the dealer.

Hopefully that push fix they told you about fixes my problem as well.
I just got a call back from uConnect. The woman who called said the 'NO SUBSCRIPTION' is a know issue that the technicians can handle pretty quickly. She said mine should be working now and asked me to try it. Sure enough, I hit the assist button and got through with no problem.

I'm sure they have their hands full, but the uConnect folks seem to be getting a handle on things. Getting the right rep is probably a factor, as always.

Just updated to 13.19 and only found two quirks. The auto headlights seem to be on all the time and every once in a while, the rain sensing wipers make three passes, even though the sun is shining and it's a dry day. I'll give it a bit of time to see if it works its way back to normal.

Bug poop on the sensor on the windshield. Happens! If it can't remove it after three swipes it stops but then it will see it again later. My Durango likes to do this occationally.

Auto Headlamps.... uhhhh? not sure what you got going on there. Check your settings and high beam position.

Re: UConnect 13.19.0 - Unofficial

Windshield is perfectly clean (car has been garaged since purchase with only short trips) and the headlight settings are correct. If it persists after a day or so, I'll reload the update and see what happens.

I'm not sure. I noticed it as I was driving into my driveway. The lights always come on when I pull into the garage where I stopped. I did notice the headlights shining off the garage door as it opened while the vehicle was outside and the sun was shining brightly as well as the little green indicator on the dash. I will have to check further over the weekend.

Check the tail lights. I'm guessing they are off. So it's the daytime running lights. You can also check by turning a signal on. The direction of the signal will turn off the headlight on that side if its the daytime running lights.
