Re: UConnect 13.19.0 - Unofficial

OK...Is the consensus that you should do the upgrade or not? Are there possible "side effects"? I'm running 13.10.0. No issues except the A/C off when driver door is opened with remote start. Anything to be gained by the upgrade?

The update won't fix the ac thing, but a fix for that is coming. Although I did the update, just because, there is no pressing reason for you to do it right away. Most people who are not members of the forum probably don't even know about it yet.

Just tried it again and this time they turned off after 15 minutes exactly... Go figure.

Camping this weekend and noticed if you leave the liftgate open, it sure seems like the interior lights stay on indefinitely.

I know you can roll the dash switch all the way down to turn them off, just seems like a system with this many features would have a time delay.
I know the interior lights turn off after some time on my Summit, no matter if it's a side door or liftgate that is left open.

Not true. There is no way engineering or standard GUI mode to get the HARDWARE serial number of the radio.

Re: UConnect 13.19.0 - Unofficial

Another update on my system - 2014 GC Overland with OAII and Advanced Technology Group and 3.6 engine. Took it to Fort Wayne today - a bit over 400 miles round trip. Vehicle got 24.8 mpg on the trip with speeds up to 75. Nav worked perfectly, better than my Garmin and it didn't have to recalculate the trip for the best route the way the Garmin often does. Lights and wipers operated properly in the periodic thunderstorms. Found no problems with 13.19.0. Now, I'll have to check the Assist button - probably will do that tomorrow.

The only way to get the serial number of your radio for means of production date, and assembly is to physically remove the radio from the console.

That is a partial of the main serial number. I believe you can get the date from that information. I am going to check with my contacts at ChryCo to get some more clarification.
