Press the Uconnect (Apps) icon in the lower right hand corner of the display and then select Settings and then scroll to the bottom and select System Information.
That will show you the software version. There have been other discussions about the serial number. The short version is that the one on the information page is just
part of it.

I don't recall the difference in the display between an RA3 and the RA4 you're expecting other than the RA4 will have the Nav icon while the RA3 won't unless the
dealer activated it.

Sudbury78 is on a distinguished road
I've been on the update since Wednesday and with the exception of the first two times receiving the 911 access message upon startup everything has been great. Knock on wood.

I don't recall the difference in the display between an RA3 and the RA4 you're expecting other than the RA4 will VIN NAV whereas the RA3 does not have the NAV softkey or the Nav system and the HD radio. It can be ordered later but cost 595. as it is a dealer install option. Some owners have reported that upon renew they have been told that their serial number does NOt math the vehicle number. I want to have all this info documented incase of future failure. I hope the serial number is also displayed for the radio.

Build date 3/30/13.
Tested the Assist button today and got the "Veh not subscribed w/Uconnect Access" message. Called the phone # indicated and opened a ticket with Uconnect. Told them about the "phone needs service" message and that I was aware of a Star Case # for this issue that indicates radio replacement is required. They noted my other random issues with the radio and told me to take it to the dealer and indicated a new radio was probably in my future. They did not attempt to push any over the air updates at that time but said I may receive a call back from Uconnect in a day or two. Thanks to Willx and Static for the info needed to get the ball rolling.

Can you PM me the START number. Getting the phone needs service every three days. Taking it in to the dealer in the AM for a couple of small things so figured I might as well let them get the paper trail started on the radio as well ... built in March..

StaticFX posted the correct number a few posts back.

Just for your reference it states to update to 13.19.0 and replace radio if that does not correct.

Please feel free to PM me if your require further assistance.

Thx!
