Everything works fine with the exception of the "Veh not subscribed w/Uconnect Access" message, I re-installed the apps and it worked for a day then crapped out again. I would hate to have them replace the radio just for this message, don't get the Service Phone now message. Any other tricks to resolving this one annoyance ?

Call the Uconnect number on the error screen. They fixed it for me and others. If the first CSR is confused ask for a supervisor. They need to push an update to your radio.

Did anyone get good results after the 1st call about the assist button? Just with the app re-install and no update pushed? I've been good for a week with just the app re-install. Wonder if I will stay good.

Mine has been working after about two weeks with just the app reinstall, but it was the second time I had done the app reinstall. I did it right after updating to 13.19 just to make sure. It was about three weeks later that I discovered the assist didn't work.

the re-install is temporary. Just call them and get it fixed properly.

it seems like everyone has had to call them! Has anyone here had this work without any issues?? Dont the people at uconnect wonder why no one is calling them? lol

I called unconnect this morning, these people are useless. Guy told me nothing they can do the the OTA to resolve the assist problem. Asked to speak with a supervisor and was told he too has no knowledge of a update. I asked to get a call back

That sucks. I went through the same thing with the first guy that picked up, but his supervisor knew all about it and hooked me up with the OTA update. The problem as I see it is poor training. When they drop the ball the best thing I think you can do is say thanks and goodbye, and try again. I'm sure eventually you'll get someone who knows what the hell they're doing. I know that sucks, but it seems like that's the only way to go. I sincerely hope Uconnect starts to train their CS reps better, and gives them a FAQ list that is updated with the latest issues. But right now we'll have to push them for solutions. Good luck glock, I know with a little perseverance you'll get this issue resolved.

if you get the "No clue" answer.. tell them to open a ticket. That should push it up to a better tier support..

That really stinks when they have a known issue, they have an easy fix that works, and the make believe customer service reps aren't told about it, or don't know how to find it on their computers.

Did you call the number that pops up on the screen?
