Re-downloaded, upgraded, & life is good. Tilt mirrors in reverse started working again and that's a good sign. The last option I'm not seeing saving/working is the fuel saver indicator under the display settings. Everything else looks good though. Thanks! Saved me a trip to the dealer.

The fuel saver thing is a ghost... don't know about why it even shows that way?

Willx, when will the 13.19.0 update be ready for dealers to install...I have 13.15.4.... and if I try the install with that "Mess" with my warranty?

The dealers have all had it since June 17th.

Sorry you might need to clarify on the mess thing. Is there some other concerns on your jeep you are worried will be worse?

LOL .mess..may have not been a good word to say...if I downloaded the update, and a that phone requires service .message pops up....can the dealers say I caused the problem...bingo

No. Not at all

It is a user serviceable update... they need to install it prior to further diagnosis anyway.

im going to bet - that if you have gotten the vehicle phone needs service.. you will get it over and over till you replace the radio

Mine is getting worse by the day. Today i took a quick trip (2 miles...) worked fine on the way there. Then on the way back, sxm lost all presets... radio lost all presets. recall profile one did not fix. SXM was stuck on channel 1. Reset it... same.. got the 911 error. Nav was all over... time was wrong.. it was showing i was about 3 miles from where i really was. Reset again.. no luck.

Hope the overnight rest helps. This is really pissing me off now. How could Chrysler have not seen any of these errors before releasing it!???

AND... if they put a new radio in.. and i find out its an older one again.. im going to be livid! As much as i love the rest of the jeep... this makes me wish i had kept my 2011 till OCT when the lease ran out.

Honestly, Chrysler did not cause this, neither did Harmon. They had a fantastic plan on how to implement wireless services nationwide with better coverage then anyone.

Things went very wrong though and that option went away at the very last minute so they did the best they could at the time to fix the problems.

Not trying to stick my head out for Chrysler, it is really no benefit to me... bit this is seriously a case of simple bad timing and misfortune, that is all. I think they are doing OK with catching up on this. When they don't you guys hear me complain about it so......
