Now you have me ticked off!!! Mine is still under warranty and I'm having the same exact problem you are having and it all started with the mandatory hack fix that was sent in the mail. I never had any problems with the clock or "phone needs service" before I installed this. I have a case manager from U-Connect working on mine right now. She said "their is a new update that is going to fix this coming this fall". I'm going to call her and let her know what your dealer told you and that they want you to pay for repairs. You should not have to pay a dime to get this fixed. If you would like the case manager's info that's helping me, please private message me and I'll give you her phone & contact info.

Thanks for the offer. I'm assuming once the car is out of warranty they stop updating your software?

I guess I'll just try the update that's coming out in the fall. Everything is working again , the navigation loses its signal but seems to eventually reset itself so far. As you know even when it's working the navigation isn't the best anyway.....

Does anyone have access to or know of where I can get the PREVIOUS FIRMWARE prior to my current:

SIRI UPDATE FOR UCONNECT® 8.4AN_RA4_16_16_13_MY15

This update has been buggy and I was hoping a new one would've droped between Aug and Dec of 2016.
