Uconnect access login failure
I've had my Jeep Grand Cherokee for about six weeks and have never had a problem using Uconnect. In fact I just used send and go a couple days ago. It has worked flawlessly. I have a one year trial subscription.
Today, when I got into my Jeep, Uconnect failed to identify my mobile phone. On my mobile phone I retyped my password and no joy. I went to my office and tried to connect to moparownerconnect.com and the same thing happened.
My phone is paired, phone works, and everything else works as it should.
The easy answer is to reset my password I guess. I called Uconnect service and they show my active account.
Has anybody had this problem? Seems so odd. I'd like to troubleshoot the issue in case it happens again. I have not done any Uconnect updates on my 2016 Jeep.
