uconnect driver setting recall issues

I finally figured it out...

wife drives truck - it sets to her stuff. she never uses the radio so i never hear about her stations not working.

i go and grab the handle, seats move, mirrors move etc... radio does NOT set to my stations.

BUT, if i remote start, wait a min for the radio to load, then grab the handle.. the stations work.

i thought the radios didnt power off, so how come the stations wont set?

I would go through the Fob re-sync process to start.

After getting your presets on the radio and other settings are good press
memory button and within 5 seconds press appropriate driver 1 or 2 on the door panel. This must be done anytime there is a change of radio presets or driver settings.

I just found this out the other day. Needed to do it to reset my fm presets after software update.

Re: uconnect driver setting recall issues

but it DOES recall them fine if i hit the button on the door, or if the truck is already running. Only on a "cold" driver change.

I will try it and see. Thanks
