Re: Uconnect pandora....

I would like to know this too. I know I could probably call Uconnect but I suspect they won't have an answer. It seems to me that Chrysler owes us some kind of an explanation as to what is going on with the apps!? I for one won't be paying for additional services once my trial is up until I get some answers.

I know you can just run the apps from your phone via usb or bt. The point is that the apps using uconnect would give you an improved experience as the graphics would appear on the 8.4an. Not to mention the safety issues with having to control the apps via your smartphone screen! Either way the apps function through your own smartphone. I think part of the reason there's no backlash about the apps not being available is that no one knows what their missing!!

Evidently the engineers are in the final phases of testing the apps. Hopefully they produce something soon or remove the apps from the website.

if you have an iPhone, use the USB cord.. you will get the album art from pandora as well as be able to pause/skip songs

I've seen that mentioned that before. I have an Android phone so I didn't pay a lot of attention to it. It would just be nice if Chrysler/Uconnect could be frank with us and let us know where they're at with the apps!

Re: Uconnect pandora....

They might need to hire a few teenagers to develop this stuff, as they obviously can't. I have owned this jeep for over 6 months and the same Coming Soon message has been there the whole time. It should be a sign to us all how good they are with new tech and why so many are having issues. Its frustrating.

Re: Uconnect pandora....

While one might be able to do a work around to run the apps (using a cell phone) it would seem that asking to receive what one pays for isn't asking too much, eh?

Re: Uconnect pandora....

Absolutely true. My wife's new honda has pandora and aha working off the lot. We have a website that says the words and promises they are working on it.... Chrysler dropped the ball on this one if you ask me.

I agree. I feel like we're being taken advantage of. This is a small issue in the grand scheme of things but it still deserves attention as we did pay for the service. The full service! I'm skeptical about Uconnect making this whole thing right by us (owners).

Via mobile app showing in Uconnect App Store. It reads Trial included, but does not respond when icon touched.
