USB port download issues

I'm having no luck downloading jpg files to the hard drive using the USB port. I had success with a DVD, but the memory stick input to the USB won't transfer any files. Anybody? 730N

Re: USB port download issues

1) Make sure the USB stick is formatted FAT32.
2) Put at least one .MP3 file on the USB stick. Yes, even though you only want to transfer .JPG files, there must be some music or the drive won't mount.

You cant download album art using a usb flas drive. The album art will only come from a internal database on the hard drive when you use a audio cd that matches the gracenote database. You can put your personal photos to randomly appear on the screen but this has no relevence to the album art.
