User Interface Changes (2011-2013) for 430

I like to browse eBay and Autotrader just to look at pricing and options for lots of different cars. I've got an '11 Laredo X with the standard 430 HDD head unit.

I noticed that the interface on one of the 2013 Laredo X's I looked at was different than mine. Looks much cleaner and definitely refreshed. I understand that there have been similar changes throughout the 2011-2013 model years, but thought those were primarily to the 430N and 730 units.

Would the standard 430 in a '13 be any different from my '11 430? The buttons are all the same, and I'm thinking it's the same one. Would it be possible to get this update on my head unit? And if so, could I do it myself or would it have to be done at the dealership?

Here is a link to the Jeep I was looking at on eBay. If you look at the interior photos, you'll see that the interface is definitely different than the blue (and more blue) one on the 2011's.

It doesn't look like the model says RHB in the lower right hand corner. I am in my phone though so it may not be clear enough for me to tell.

The only difference between that photo and the look of my 2011 unit is that the Sirius information pane uses graphics instead of just text. I can't say that's an improvement.
