I want whatever your smoking...

The jeep alpine system is garbage without upgrading the stock speakers to infinity's or focals.

The only system that sounds good is the Harmon Kardon option.

Re: Wow movie theater quality lol

I setup a 110" screen (projector) with 7.2 surround in my basement. I never go to the movies. Or watch movies in the Jeep for that matter lol

I went from am/fm/cassette. I think the Alpines are awesome. I guess it just depends on what you're comparing it to. lol

Re: Wow movie theater quality lol

Greetings,

You could watch a movie in the JGC if the right DSP was installed, but it would only be a 5.1. As for the screen, you could take out the windshield and put a projector on the roof aiming at the side of the house.

One of these years, I am going for the Dolby Atmos Home Theater Systems, unless something better comes out by then.

Best for now.

Wow movie theater quality lol

I'm on the fence right about doing a complete system overhaul including an LC8i, 5-channel amp and a custom 8 or 10" stealth box (behind stock panel). Also going to eliminate the overbearing center channel and leave the rear surrounds on the stock amp.

The Alpine system has to go eventually, lol
