Re: 2014 Limited HeadLights

It is doable for even the most inexperienced person.
I replaced my stock H11 low beams and H11 fogs with H9 bulbs. The H9 bulbs are 65W and the stock H11 bulbs are 55W.
Not a huge difference but for $6 each it is worth the upgrade.
Greg.

Oh I agree that it is doable. It is just a huge pain.

Re: 2014 Limited HeadLights

It's much easier to just remove the bumper cover when working on the headlights - several how-to posts on this forum; search the HID threads.

Re: 2014 Limited HeadLights

For replacing headlight bulbs it is definitely not easier removing the whole bumper... That's overkill it takes 15 min for me to change headlight bulbs without taking the bumper off. Just remove the intake box and the power harness on the passenger side and u have more than enough room.

Re: 2014 Limited HeadLights

And it would take me 10 minutes to change the headlight bulbs by taking off the front bumper cover - including replacing it. But, I've taken mine off so many times (to install HID kit; air horn; etc.) that it's second nature. First time is always the hardest. I wouldn't stick my pristine hands into those dark recesses of the headlight areas no more than I would go noodling for catfish.
