Chrome piece around tail light

How do you take the chrome piece around the tail light off?? I know there's a screw on one side I didn't want to break it so if anybody knows

The rest of it doublesided tape, heat a bit as you are prying on it (carefully) from the screw side. You can clean it off the left over sticky with some alcohol, I was able to get most of the sticky out with the stickyness of duct tape.

Re-aply double sided tape when you are ready to put back.
