Has anyone confirmed the Overland has the sun visor people talk of or is it only the summit? Its not on my overland...

For the 85P, I didn't check the PSI gauge against a gauge but its accurate to the PSI system within the Jeep. The Jeep says 38 the gauge on the 85P showed 38. I have used it thus far in the Jeep, I read some reviews that said they recommend having the vehicle started while operating which is what I did with no issues. I have not tried it with the vehicle off however. Great little investment...

I have the 'slide-able' sunvisor on my non-summit Overland, build date 02-10-11.

Re: Discovered the visor on week 3 :)

Mine was build 9/10... Anyone willing to snap a picture? I know mine doesn't have it as there is nothing on the visor but the mirror... Just curious as to exactly where. Thanks!

Re: Discovered the visor on week 3 :)

If I recall, my 2005 GC had a slide out plastic visor extender for when you wanted more coverage on the side... The new 2011 the whole visor slides out along the rod that connects it to the roof. Jut pull the visor after unclicking it from the roof and it slides...

hmm am I the only Overland owner that does not have the extender on his visor? I had this on my old WJ and I actually really miss it lol...

Augh!! ok I am officially an idiot! I can solve the most technical computer and software problems but I needed this forum to teach me how to use my sun visor! The only thing I can guess it it is an analog device, not a digital one!

Thanks Dan!!

There is no extender piece, the entire visor slide along the rod. Just unclick the visor, rotate it a bit away from the windshield and pull it away from the pivot rod where it is attached to the roof...

Well I need a pic since I don't know what we are talking about. My visor doesn't have anything extra.

The entire visor slides on the metal arm.
