How many miles are on your Jeep? I prefer to change things out prematurely but in this case it's not all that beneficial before a certain point or under certain conditions... Is the jeep showing signs of diminished power, running poorly, or throwing codes?
I'm at 44k and itching to do it but after seeing a few sets come out of 60-110k mile engines I'm not in a hurry. Sorry I can't actually help but the manual has a good section maybe someone will post it.

77k no codes yet but I do feel a shake at stop lights and its the beginning sign of a plug going bad or is bad.

Before my 2015 I had an '11 V6 that developed a bit of a shaking at iddle. I fixed it by cleaning the mass air sensor with proper cleaner, and the throttle body. Jeep supposedly does not recommend cleaning the throttle body but you can spray the cleaner on a rag and clean around and inside as deep as you can without spraying directly inside it. You might need a new air filter as well. You could change the plugs too. They are rated for 90K miles but they usually go before that. The driver's side is a bit tricky as you have to remove a couple of things that are in the way such as the air box.

It's too early for the serpentine belt 120K miles unless it's squeaking.
