front bumper platic rivet replacement ?

I would like to be able to remove the bumper and replace the rivet with something undo-able. Like screwed rivet. Anyone has a suggestion ?

You might be able to use the same style plastic push clips like you take off the top of bumper under the hood. Check like autozone Napa and other stores they have some that might work.

Re: front bumper platic rivet replacement ?

I reused all the original push rivets except the lower 2 on the inside of the front wheel well. I replaced them with a phillips head threaded rivet that I picked up from my local Lowes. I posted a part # somewhere on this forum in one of the threads. I may still have a bag in the garage and will check later tonight

Re: front bumper platic rivet replacement ?

1/4" phillips head screw in nylon rivet. Hillman part #881212 from my local Lowe's. I don't recall how much but about $1.60ish per bag - 2 rivets per bag. I liked this option b/c I can always reuse them if I need to take the bumper/fascia off again
