Front left crossmember bracket

I have a bent crossmember. In order to change this out, does the Jeep need to be lifted or can I just put it on ramps? I've searched and can't seem to find anything. Thanks!

I saw your other post about this: Creaking sound from passenger side front wheel area. Dealer does not know cause.

How did you take the crossmember bracket out? I'm in a similar situation and I want to replace the bracket.
