What if you switch ballasts?

I would try flipping the plug that goes into the ballast. I had this same issue. I know that if the negative and positive don't line up for both ballasts, it can cause the issue you're having. Try that on the side that won't light up and see if that helps. If that doesn't work, it could be a bad ballast.

That's how mine were. One would light up and then turn off and the other stayed on. I would have to turn the lights on and off in order for them both to work but even then, one would eventually go out. Good luck man. I know how frustrating it can be.

Thank you .
You mean by flipping the plug that is going from the relay to the ballast ? Wouldn't that do any shorts ? Or affect the ballast ? And i think have to do that for both ballast becuz both have the problem .

Here's what I'm talking about. This was included in my kit when I had to order new ballasts. They obviously explained it a lot better than me. Hahaha
