If I could make a few changes to my Jeep GC.

Id remove the rock mode setting and configure a softer ride option. Call it Touring Mode?
Add a second visor behind the first. Throw the main one over to your side window and still have one for front when you turn a corner and sun hits you.
Three presses of the unlock button on your fob would open the windows and sunroof. But you would have to be within a 500 feet of your rig for this to work.
Angle down on side mirrors would only be half as far as the go now.
Add a slight tint (30%) to the upper 4 or 5 inches of the front window.

Im sure Ill think of some more.

Re: If I could add a few changes to my Jeep GC.

I like the open window idea as we have that feature on our Honda and Acura vehicles, but I cant stand that it opens the sunroof as well. I want just the side windows opened not the sunroof that will let blazing sun beam right down on my seats.
I also wish the side mirror tilt feature would also mirror that of Honda/Acura vehicles in that the feature is activated by whichever mirror the door switch is set to. Its genius really. Most of the time in my Jeep I do not want my mirrors to tilt, but the times I do I don't even bother because who the F is gonna go through all the menus to turn it on while they are in the process of parking. Whoever came up with that idea wasn't the brightest.
Honda/Acura vehicles you can instantly do it on the fly by pressing the mirror toggle switch on the door. Want the right mirror to tilt down in reverse? flip the switch to the right mirror...want left, flip it to left mirror...want no tilt down, leave it centered.

I would also like the Jeep to have a all window express up feature. Say you're cruising along and a phone call comes in, or it starts pouring...a one press all window close or open switch would be excellent.

I'm on board with all those and I'd add these as options in even low trim levels:
Ambient lighting in the doors plus undercarriage welcome/exit lighting
Audio EQ memory by source
More plush front seating with better, adjustable bolsters and thigh extension
Lose the cheap plastic in the center console, maybe use real aluminum or more substantial material
Adaptive suspension with modes for comfort, normal, sport
Surround view camera with active front/rear camera for 4x4 low trail viewing
Proximity key entry
Heads Up display
An actual, fixed left foot rest
I'm sure I'll think of more later

Adaptive suspension for QL would be amazing!

Re: If I could add a few changes to my Jeep GC.

Would like a few more rear entertainment options for those with the pano roof. The aftermarket options aren't that great for monitors and don't want to give up active headrest system.
I agree everything else noted,as little as they are, they would be great, like the idea of the secondary Sunvisor, that's a GREAT idea, would include that on the passenger side too,I pretty much like the rest of how my JGC is set up,only other thing, personally,I would like,is a small chiller/refrigerator option(I carry a small 6 soda can size one on trips,it's black so blends perfectly with my Jeep)I DO get why it's not an option as some owners are bound to forget something and stink up their vehicle, maybe one that has dedicated round slots for drinks.(carry water for my German shepherds on trips),like I said, just a personal thought,so no need to damn me to hell on this thread!!
Instead of being an option and up charge,I would like to see, irrelevant of trim level,a First Aid/Emergency kit included as standard.(Elastoplast, band aids, small sachet of headache tablets, small tube of triple antibiotic, warning triangle, flares etc).Again, personal thoughts.I did buy a $125 kit,but think a kit comes as standard.

Yeah I had that second visor in my last vehicle and crazy as it sounds I used it all the time. Such a low cost thing to add.
I like the cooler idea. Didn't dodge have this on an SUV? Journey or Durango? I seem to recall commercials showing it. Drawer under the seat maybe.

Re: If I could add a few changes to my Jeep GC.

Hey Gravity, yep, some have a small cooler,I was thinking of a larger "6 can or bottle style" probably need more than likely to be located in the cargo area, would just like the larger option as two big dogs can polish off couple of bottles in one sitting,or for tailgating maybe,a decent size fridge would be awesome, enough for a drink for 3 kids, two adults or two large dogs.Just think it would be a useful option for pretty much every trim level.Thought 'built in' or an 'allocated' spot in the cargo area.Like I noted,I do have an after market unit that's great and use it often.Just my preference are Jeep manufactured accesories.I trust them for longevity.
On your note, the double sun visors would be incredibly helpful, and again,if purposely made for these specific vehicles,I would be happy to pay an up charge for them.To me,I see the value in them immediately.Just my 10 cents worth.

Are you sure the window open doesn't already work? I haven't got my new Jeep yet, but my 2011 RAM will open the windows from the fob (but not the sunroof). You just press the unlock a second time and hold and they will open until you let up. I don't remember seeing it the in manual, but found it once on accident. I am sure it is all from the corporate parts bin so I bet Jeep's are the same.

On '11 Grands it works, not sure about twelve but definitely not after.. A double tap+hold will lower the fronts. One of my favorite extras.

Our Odyssey has a "cool box". Works great! Someone above mentioned separate EQs for each source....ugh, I can't stand that feature!! I want my EQ settings the same regardless of source. Can't figure out what the one is mentioned above...undercarriage lighting?!? Lol like neon lights you see on a civic? Lol I think I'll pass haha.

I think if you see the welcome lighting on many competitors, you might like it. My Infiniti has it, as did my old 535i. Lights up the ground around the doors when you unlock. Infiniti has illumination in the door handle and in the bottom of the door. Lord, I'm not talking about ricing the thing out lol.

Re: If I could add a few changes to my Jeep GC.

Don't know if anyone else added these few thoughts,.........I would like the option (when buying new) on a build sheet, the option of say,3 major tir brands choices,(I KNOW we get what we get,but those latitudes just don't cut it in some cases),my second thought would be a tailgate assist, kinda like ford has with the foot sensor, maybe it's something the manufacturer is considering in future?,and would like the option on all trim levels.
I think every customer who opts for a tow package from new should also have,as part of the package, the back up camera as its great for me when I am hooking up the trailer for the ATV and motorcycle.(only occurred to me today when my friend borrowed my trailer,he has a base Laredo,REAL nice truck like all JGCs are) and has an aftermarket system on a dedicated 5" screen, but the angle just isn't quite right.
Like others,I am sure I will think of more as time goes on.
