I would doubt it since the mat is neither factory nor dealer installed, but I have not read it.

Re: Installation: Mopar cargo mat

There is a new update on the mat. This fixes the shifting issue on 2015 and below, and the crimping issue of 2016. I would jump on it.

Could you do a simliar install on the front Mopar Jeep mat set installation as well? That might be a 2-beer install.

Thanks, love these installation tutorials!
The logo, when correctly orientated, should read "Jeep" when viewed from the rear gate.

If it it reads "beer" (compare to the bottle you drank from during the installation break), then the mat is orientated incorrectly. In addition, if the logo is not readily visible, it is incorrectly installed. Reverse the installation instructions, then restart from step 1.

In some cases, you may need to utilize re-orientating tool (part #TRN-180d) to accomplish the re-orientation process if the opposable thumbs are not able to complete the task without spilling the mat fluid. If the logo is not visible in the initial installation, you'll nee the Australian multi-axis re-orientation tool (part #FLP-OV3r).

This process is most easily completed with the liftgate in the up position. Otherwise, it requires rear seat re-alignment and calibration.

If you have already attempted to pair the mat to the UConnect system in the incorrect position, you'll need to unpair it and start the process again.
