Re: Installing heated wheel on WK2 Limited w/o Lux package

Doing some research on this, did this ever work?

No i found out that the wire harness that runs under the front passenger seat to the heat control module is different. Im not even going to mess with swapping that out. Honestly as much as the heated wheel would be nice, we are already almost into February and the wood wheel hasnt been to cold to handle...the Jeep heats up inside pretty fast anyway.

How did you find out about the additional wiring harness?
do you still have the parts?
maybe I will buy them?
cant u just run the additional wire the harness needs?
do u know what voltage the steering wheel uses?
I can just add a relay to power it.

Re: Installing heated wheel on WK2 Limited w/o Lux package

I browsed through all of the clockspring talk and everything. It sounds like the conclusion is that those of us without heated wheels are stuck without the possibility of an upgrade? Is this true...I'm willing to spend time and money on it if it's possible.
