i thought you were talking about rear turn signal , the one in the video is hyper flashing . so you have installed Switchbacks on front park&signal bulb ?
now i have 3 wires , one is black as i know it's the ground wire , wired that then the other side wired with singal wire but doesn't seems to work properly for me :/

No I have a strobe box installed for my rear turn signals. Double check and make sure your led bulbs are 7443 and not 3157. Both have the same looking base but I'm pretty sure your Jeep has 7443 bulbs.

The problem you have described seems to relate to a wiring issue with the bulb because the park/turn function are interfering with each other. Refer to my earlier bulb pin arrangement. There are two types and each has the earths in different locations. You may need some technical work to check the pinouts. You may be able to straighten the pins and remove the base, then re-arrange the pins. Here is the Jeep colour codes for the resistor termination (turn signal).

i don't think that causes the problem , when the car is on acc it works fine.

There grounds are wired differently on the bulb.

The resistor only needs to be wired across the turn signal.
i did some search on the web i turned out if the socket was CK and my bulb was not it would blow fuces , so i think it's the right bulb :/

NOT SO.

If the incorrect bulb was used, one circuit would send current into the other circuit (instead of to ground). That is, turn signal would power through the unpowered light circuit (leakage current passes through all lamps wired in the park lamp circuit or other way (park into turn). There may be enough current for partial light or flash of the LED.

+ (turn) ---- LED 1 ----- + (park)

- (ground) ---LED 2 ----- - (ground)

Just saying that you neen to make sure you have the same bulb. I don't have these bulbs in my Jeep but check the leds are the same as the bulb. Example:
Park 1-2 and Turn 3-4
Or Park 1-3 and Turn 2-4
