Hey Everyone. I recently purchased a 2011 Grand Cherokee Laredo in Brilliant Black. Ive had it about 3 weeks now and absolutely love it. Im already looking to get my first project underway and could really use some help.
I have been following the posts regarding converting the tail lights to LED. I plan on doing this once I figure out the correct bulbs and to make sure they'r bright enough and have plenty of LED's per bulb. Heres the tricky part and the part I need help at.
I do volunteer work that takes me to a lot of natural and man made disasters (fires, floods, etc) and this requires me to park my vehicle in less then desirable locations. What I want to do is replace the brake lights and reverse lights with LED's but then wire them to act as strobes as well, even flashers. I was curious if anyone had any experience utilizing brake and reverse lights as emergency flashers and if its possible to pull off with LED replacements. I would appreciate any help i can get. Thanks!
