No problem swapping yourself, one at a time, wheel still on the ground, all good.

I actually loosen all 5 on a wheel, took off 4, put 4 new ones and finger tightened them (with a socket and extension) and then took off the 5th and replaced that.

Set your park brake. The truck isn't moving so the wheel won't go anywhere.

Make sure you tighten in a star pattern with a torque wrench to at least 100lb-ft.

Just bought one today at harbor freight. Pittsburgh 1/2 inch drive goes up to 150 Ft Lbs. I think it was 22.00 not the highest quality wrench but should do the job.

I use the exact same one. Not the greatest, but for wheels its more than fine. I wouldn't trust a precise job to it where each ft lb counts, but for wheels its great.
